Terms of purchase

These terms apply to everything sold on resethistamine.com by Reset Histamine, a brand operated by Mário Otruba, a sole trader established in Slovakia, contactable at Martina Hattalu 2973, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia (“we”). By buying, you agree to them.
What you are buying
A digital product — one or more PDF guides delivered by email immediately after payment. There is no physical shipment, no subscription, and no recurring charge. Payment is a one-time charge for the items shown at checkout.
Delivery
Download links are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within a minute. Links remain active for 30 days; after that we will re-issue them free on request. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then contact support@resethistamine.com.
Licence and permitted use
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print and use the guides for yourself. You may not resell, republish, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or use the contents to create a competing product. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine.
Refunds
Covered by our 60-day refund policy. Because these are instantly delivered digital goods, you agree that supply begins immediately on purchase; our voluntary refund policy is more generous than the statutory position and is not affected by this.
Your right to withdraw
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content is the exception: where supply begins immediately with your express consent, that statutory right does not apply once the download has started.
That is what the tick-box at checkout does. By ticking it you ask us to supply the guides straight away, and you acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day withdrawal right.
Our own 60-day refund policy is far more generous than the statutory right you are waiving — you can ask for your money back for any reason, long after 14 days would have expired. See our refund policy.
Complaints and disputes
Email support@resethistamine.com first. We reply to every complaint within 5 working days and try to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), the supervisory body for consumer protection in Slovakia, at soi.sk. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.
No medical advice
Our guides are educational. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and do not create a clinician–patient relationship. Histamine intolerance shares symptoms with several conditions that need proper diagnosis. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, supplements or medication — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a chronic condition, or treating a child.
Results
We make no promise about outcomes. Any experiences described on this site are individual and are not typical, guaranteed, or predictive of your own.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
