Tick everything that sounds like your last six months

Histamine intolerance rarely looks like one dramatic allergy. It looks like a dozen small things that don't seem related — until you see them in a list.

This checklist is for reflection, not diagnosis. Several conditions share these symptoms — see a clinician to rule them out.

Why nothing has worked yet

It's not that you haven't tried. It's the order you tried things in.

01

You cut out one food at a time

So nothing ever changed enough to notice. Histamine is cumulative — removing one item from an overflowing bucket rarely gets you under the line.

02

You followed a food list from a forum

Three lists, three verdicts on avocado. Most are copied from each other, and almost none say how fresh is fresh enough — which matters more than the food itself.

03

You eliminated, felt better, and got stuck

Living on twelve safe foods isn't a result, it's a holding pattern. Without a reintroduction protocol there's no way back to a normal plate.

“Lower the whole load first. Then add things back one at a time, on purpose, and write down what happens.”

That's the entire method. It sounds obvious written down — it's just that nobody hands you the order, the timings, the freshness rules, or the log sheet. The Blueprint is those four things, in one PDF, with the reasoning attached so you can adapt it when life gets in the way.

Guide 2 of 4 — included in the complete system $37

The supplement aisle is where most people waste the first $200

The Blueprint works without a single supplement — that's the point of it. But if you're going to buy anything, buy the right things at the right dose. This is the short list, with what the evidence supports and where it's still thin.

  • DAO enzymeTaken before meals

What the trials actually measured, when it helps, and why it does nothing for some people.

  • Vitamin CDaily, split dose

The form and dose that matters here — and why one big morning dose is the common mistake.

  • Vitamin B6 (P5P)With food

A DAO cofactor. Also the one with a real upper limit you shouldn't quietly cross.

  • QuercetinTiming-sensitive

Absorption is the whole story. Most people take a form that barely gets in.

  • MagnesiumEvening

Which of the six forms on the shelf is worth buying, and which will just loosen your stomach.

  • Copper + zincBalanced pair

Why supplementing one without the other backfires over a few months.

  • ProbioticsStrain-specific

Several common strains produce histamine. The protocol names the ones to avoid.

Includes the three widely recommended supplements I'd skip, and why — plus a page on interactions to check with your pharmacist before you start anything.

Questions

The things people ask before buying

Is this a diagnosis, or a replacement for seeing a doctor?

Neither. Histamine intolerance shares symptoms with mast cell disorders, allergy, coeliac disease, SIBO and thyroid problems, and some of those need treating on their own terms. The Blueprint includes a page of questions to take to your clinician, and it tells you plainly when something is outside what a book can help with.

How is this different from the free food lists online?

Free lists disagree with each other, rarely cite anything, and stop at 'avoid these'. The hard parts are the order you remove things, the freshness rules, and — above all — how you add food back. That reintroduction ladder is roughly a third of this guide, and it's the part almost nothing free covers.

Do I have to buy supplements?

No. The 4-week reset is built to work with food, sleep and timing alone, and the Blueprint says so. The Supplement Stack Protocol is a separate optional add-on for people who are going to buy something anyway and would rather not waste the money.

How restrictive is the elimination phase?

Restrictive for about two weeks, then it opens up. The plan is staged so you drop the heaviest contributors first rather than everything at once, and there's a chapter on eating out, travel and family meals, because a plan you can't live with isn't a plan.

I'm vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free. Does it still work?

Yes. The food lists are annotated for vegetarian and vegan eating, and the swap tables cover the awkward overlaps — fermented soy, nutritional yeast, aged plant cheeses. If you already eat gluten-free, nothing here conflicts with that.

What format is it, and how fast do I get it?

A single PDF, delivered by email within about a minute of purchase, readable on a phone, tablet, laptop or printed. The printables are formatted for A4 and US Letter. Your download link stays live for 30 days, and we'll re-send it any time after that.

Is there a subscription or anything recurring?

No. It's a one-time purchase. There's no membership, no drip course, and no card stored for future billing.

What if it isn't for me?

Email support@resethistamine.com within 60 days and we refund you in full. You keep the files — asking someone to un-download a PDF is theatre, not a policy. No form, no questions beyond what would help us fix it.

Still unsure? Email us — a person answers.
