Every product sold on resethistamine.com carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't what you needed, you get your money back.
How to request one
Email support@resethistamine.com from the address you used at checkout, within 60 days of purchase. Say “refund” — that's enough. There is no form and no hoop to jump through.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm, normally within one business day.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days — the timing is theirs, not ours.
- Order bumps and post-purchase add-ons are refunded on the same terms, together or separately.
Do I have to delete the files?
No. Keep them. Asking someone to un-download a PDF is theatre, not a policy — we would rather trust you and keep the process honest.
Telling us why
Entirely optional, and it never affects whether you get the refund. If you do tell us, it genuinely shapes the next revision.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund by request is faster than a chargeback and costs us both less hassle. We have never refused one.
