What we collect
- Your email address — you give it at checkout. We use it to deliver your files, answer support, and send occasional updates about the guides you bought.
- Order details — what you bought, when, and the amount. Held by Stripe; we see a record, never your card number.
- Billing country and postal code — collected by Stripe for fraud checks and tax.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for, store, or want any health information about you. The symptom checklist on the home page runs entirely in your browser — nothing you tick is sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is saved.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payments and fraud prevention.
- Resend — sending your delivery and support emails.
- Vercel — hosting, including standard server logs.
Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Legal basis
Performing our contract with you (delivering what you bought), our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, and legal obligations such as keeping tax records. Marketing emails, if we send any, rely on your consent or the soft opt-in for existing customers — one click unsubscribes, and it doesn't affect your downloads.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires (typically 6–7 years). Your email address until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Email support@resethistamine.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention, which are strictly necessary to process your payment. If you later add analytics, update this section and add a consent banner.
